How to produce Cinnamon Powder

For example, if the client needs cinnamon powder from cinnamon quills (cinnamon sticks), we can use cinnamon quills for the production. Therefore, when we crush cinnamon, we should consider the ingredients and mesh size.
If you use a higher mesh size (100 mesh or above), it will improve the characteristics of the cinnamon. You will see the following ground cinnamon that we have produced using the different types of mesh sizes.
