How does shipping work for my order?
We only accept 2 kg orders from our website at a time. And we use Sri Lanka Post economy courier service (1.5kg max per shipment), EMS, FedEx, Aramex, and DHL for our web orders. And you can choose the shipping option on the checkout page of the website.
For large orders, we offer very competitive and the best shipping rates from our freight forwarding company.
We provide a tracking number for each shipment. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it in 1-3 days. Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday only. When your order is placed, and processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the carrier, and you receive an email with your tracking information. In addition, you can request a photo of the package that has been shipped.
