Full Leaf Green Tea comes in the whole form of Camellia sinensis leaves, unlike the other green tea grades. Green tea is the healthiest of all the tea types. Green teas are divided into 2 main categories: pan-fired or Chinese style, and steamed or Japanese style. The major difference in “green tea” processing is whether the leaves are steamed or dropped onto a heated pan after plucking.
