Full Leaf Green Tea comes in the whole form of Camellia sinensis leaves, unlike the other green tea grades.  Green teas are mainly into 2 main categories: pan-fired or Chinese style, and steamed or Japanese style. The major difference in “green tea” processing is whether the leaves are steamed or dropped onto a heated pan after plucking.
