At www.acriltea.com, you will buy our all pure Ceylon teas in free shipping at retail price. The order is delivering to the delivery address given by the client anywhere around the world.

ACRIL TEA undertakes to take all reasonable steps to deliver the products as soon as possible (All retail orders dispatch within 03 business days).

All the website orders ship via Economy shipping and the average delivery lead times vary according to the country of destination (4-5 weeks).

Wholesale orders:

Order processing time for the large order 2-3 weeks. We arrange a special rate for large/ bulk orders.

Our shipping agent handles all the shipping part of the cargo (Documentation and all the Certifications)

After dispatching the order, We courier all shipping documents to you for the clearance the goods at your port.

The Door to Door shipping option is also available upon your request.

Who will deliver my order?

Retail online shop:

All the website`s orders at retail price ship via Sri Lanka economy shipping (Normal shipping) to your doorstep and client will receive a tracking number to trace the parcel.

 

Wholesale orders:

For the wholesale order, you should definitely receive the best rats for goods and the shipping and the orders will be shipped by SEA shipping ( Lower rates) or Air shipping as per customer request. DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and EMS shipping can be arranged for expedited shipping services.

How To Track Your Order?

Retail online shop:

To track your parcel, we provide the tracking website with dispatch message after the shipment for all orders through ACRIL TEA retail shop.

Please note there can be a delay in our couriers’ tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you’ve received an email saying your order’s been sent, but it’s not showing up on their system, don’t panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

If your order hasn’t reached you (website orders), the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they may hold the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case!
