At, you will buy our all pure Ceylon teas in free shipping at retail price. The order is delivered to the delivery address given by the client anywhere around the world.

ACRIL TEA undertakes to take all reasonable steps to deliver the products as soon as possible (All retail orders are dispatched from Sri Lanka within 03 business days). Average delivery lead times vary according to the country of destination selected by the client(General time is 21 days).

Wholesale orders:

If you go for a large order with ACRIL TEA at wholesale prices. it will take about 3 weeks(Order processing time) to dispatch from Sri Lanka.

Once dispatched the order, we will be couriered all shipping documents to clear the goods at your (buyer) port (Clearing part at your port is also done by our team if you request)

The Door to Door shipping option is available upon your request.

Who will deliver my order?

Retail online shop:

All website`s orders at retail price will be shipped by Sri Lanka economy shipping (Normal shipping) to your doorstep and client will receive a tracking number to trace the parcel after the shipment.


Wholesale orders:

Wholesale large orders will be shipped by SEA shipping ( Lower rates) or Air shipping as per customer request. DHL, FedEx, Aramex and EMS shipping can be arranged for expedited shipping services.

How To Track Your Order?

Retail online shop:

To track your parcel, we will be provided the tracking website with dispatch message after the shipment for all orders through ACRIL TEA retail shop.

Please note there can be a delay in our couriers’ tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you’ve received an email saying your order’s been sent, but it’s not showing up on their system, don’t panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

What should I do, if my order is later than expected?

If your order hasn’t reached you (website orders), the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case!

If your local post office was not able to help, contact us. we’ll work with you to find a solution. when contacting us, let us know your order tracking number and the full correct delivery address, our team can assist you as quickly as possible!
