Quills

The cinnamon quills are graded on the basis of the diameter of quills, a number of quills per kilogram and extent of foxing.

Cut quills

The cut cinnamon quills are graded on the basis of the diameter, color and extent of foxing.

Quillings

Quillings may contain featherings and chips not exceeding 5 percent by mass but shall not contain more than 2 percent by mass of extraneous.

Featherings

Featherings may contain chips not exceeding 10 percent by mass but shall not contain more than 2 percent by mass of extraneous

Chips

Chips shall consist of well-dried, hand-picked and clean unpeeled cinnamon bark and shall not contain more than 2 percent by mass of extraneous.
